Overview
Veille IA collects what the AI labs publish — RSS/Atom feeds and HTML index pages listed in a single `sources.toml` — filters it with a freshness window and a dedup index, then runs it through three LLM passes: one summary per article, a web-enabled exploration pass for what the hardcoded list missed, and an overview of the three to five things worth remembering.
The result is written as `digests/YYYY/MM/YYYY-MM-DD.md` to Cloudflare R2 and read back by the `/news` page of this site. The whole pipeline degrades instead of aborting: a dead source, an unreachable article or a failed LLM pass is logged and skipped, and the digest is still published with the rest.
It runs either as a one-shot command or as a scheduled daemon, shipped as a container image with a Docker Compose and Kubernetes deployment.

Highlights
- Three-pass summarization — per article, free web exploration, then a global overview
- { "Fault-tolerant by design": "any failing source or LLM pass is skipped, never fatal" }
- Powers the /news page of this site straight from the R2 bucket
- Open source under Germain-D/veille-ia
